White Spot Courtenay

Busy place and our server was fantastic. The food however is mediocre. I appreciate they offer you limitless fries but yuck. I'm not sure how they prepare them but soggy sticks of potato...colorless, flavorless but if you are really hungry all you can eat. I had the burger. Second time and not as good as first trip. Patty was charred and flavor was OK but it was really dry. Over cooked? Or the way they make them? The one plus about the food was the kids menu the pirate boat is a hit and good value. Just my opinion. The place is packed for dinner so they are doing something right. Could be the super friendly Staff?

Went for dinner recently with my son, quick friendly service, great food. My family has been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and they've always been good to us. This is usually a yummy place to eat. But I bought their turkey dinner for two... the one where you have to heat it up yourself. The turkey tasted like processed meat (and it was rubbery) instead of fresh turkey breast. The rest of the dinner was just as bad Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
