I had a wonderful experience today at The Swan with a lady named Nikita, who is the assistant manager. Her expertise and knowledge stood out as she was very pleasant and helpful, and clearly passionate about her job. The pub was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Nikita mentioned that there would be a Halloween event on the 28th of October from 12pm to 6pm for children, with games and a DJ, followed by adult festivities from 7pm onwards. She has been working at the pub for six years and has worked her way up, which is truly commendable. Absolute waste of time went at 9.30am you would think it would be up and running went to get tea T urn cold so he had to fill cup behind counter no milk out had to ask again wanted eggs and mushrooms on mine waited at least 15 minutes had to ask several times my husband had eaten his by the time I got mine sorted not even a decent breakfast I had booked for 7 people for an evening meal but will cancel as this is not a place I want to chance eating at again as the meal is for my husbands birthday

A friendly, family orientated establishment, serving, an array of hot cold drinks, a wide menu of food, catering for all requirements, and, of course their famous Carvery. I enjoyed my usual coffee with Oat milk. Many thanks to the manager 'S ' and the staff for the wonderful customer service and experience.

I went to this restaurant with my family for a meal. The carvery station looked unappetizing, with dried-up vegetables and inedible-looking meat. The staff was unwelcoming, not even greeting us when we walked in. We decided to leave and find a different restaurant that was more appealing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The White Swan at Wythall is an excellent venue with the staff being so helpful and cheerful, and the food is very tasty and hot. We dined for lunch, today,(22nd., June, and enjoyed our experience very much. The ambience of the pub is good and most inviting.-well done to all involved.

The staff were friendly but appeared quite unkempt. The entire pub looked worn-out. Only beef and turkey were available at the carvery, as the gammon was not ready, and the other options were bland. The grass outside was overgrown and unappealing.

We popped in on the spur of the moment we're very pleasantly surprised. The beef, gammon vegetables were absolutely delicious. Friendly staff too .
