Having driven by probably hundreds of times, last night we decided to stop in and have dinner here last night for the first time. We were immediately greeted sat a very nice large booth (there were 2 of us). The decor was upscale but not too much for us in casual attire. Our server, Blake, came to the table within a couple of minutes. Super polite friendly. Asked for our drink order ... we asked for glasses of Pinot Noir Pinot Grigio, whatever he recommended. He returned with a couple samples his suggestions were great. After reviewing the menu, we we both decided to split a ceased salad both ordered the Flat Iron steak fries with Chimichurri. I replaced my fries with creamy mashed potatoes...
I was given a gift certificate for Whitestone and what a wonderful gift it was as it enticed me to make a visit to a restaurant I have driven past many times but never stoped in for a meal. I made a reservation for 2 at 6:30 on a Tuesday evening and was promptly seated in the dinning room area. Dinning room very nicely appointed and relaxing at the same time. Our sever informed us of the daily specials and we selected two of them for our main dishes, the Chilean Sea Bass and the Short Rib over mashed potatoes. For our starter we got the sautéed calamari in a wonderful red sauce. The excellent calamari was the start of an amazing meal. Both the Sea Bass and Short rib were excellently prepared...
For how much you pay to eat and drink there, it was NOT worth it. The customer service was lackluster as it took at least 15 minutes for the server to come greet us and take our first drink order. We had A party of eight so they automatically charged 20% gratuity... But I wouldn't have even given them 10% because of the lack of customer service. I felt like they were ignoring us most of the time and it took forever to get our food and drinks to us. If You decide to go here, make sure you have some time because it took us 3 hours to dine....not by choice. The food runners and water service were great. My wife and I went to Whitestone restaurant on Christmas Eve and had an amazing experience. From the hostess to the ambience, everything was top-notch. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The maître d' was great, and I have to mention Frankie - he had an incredible personality and made our visit extra special. I will definitely be back to eat here again and again. I highly recommend this restaurant, and make sure to try the lobster ravioli - it's a must! This is definitely my favorite restaurant now!

Have been here a few times for happy hour specials, which are very good. Met a friend here last night, and it did not disappoint. Upon suggestion from Austin, the bartender, we tried the octopus on the main menu--it was off the hook good! We also had the fish tacos, which are our fav happy hour special. The wine selection is very good. Live music that started at 7:00 was not overly loud and really well done. We had a delightful Friday night!
Our waiter (I forgot his name) who also works at Javier's is truly amazing. This place has a warm and yet upscale feel. The decorations and outside fire pits added to the nice ambiance. The food was impeccable and the service is really top notch. We were lucky to get the gorgeous booth in the middle (there are only 3 amazing booths) and this dinner experience really made our trip. What a wonderful place!!!
I have tried this restaurant three times and each time was disappointing. The most recent was for my wife's birthday. She ordered a martini which they forgot to bring, then when they finally served our dinner she couldn't even chew her steak since it was so tough. There are many fine restaurants to choose from in the area that I recommend you choose from instead of Whitestone
Excellent service and food. We have been back several times! We really liked that after 2 visits we are considered regulars.
