Whitstable Oyster Company

Came here Saturday afternoon. Didn't book but were able to eat at the counter. We had 6 rock oysters and seafood from the counter. The food was delicious and full of flavour. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble even though they were very busy. Ordered a selection on items, went and got bottles from The Offy so we could have 2x bottle of processco with our food. Lovely place

Another visit to our local seafood restaurant. It was however a first visit for one of our friends. He now knows what he has been missing!!! Great local food efficiently served. What’s not to like?

Poor service having said that the starter was not to our taste, scallops overpowered by balsamic and peppery salad, following the first course.

Delicious oystersThat's all I ate - the native oysters - so that's all I can say for sure, but they were genuinely fantastic oysters.

I'm torn on how to review this placeThere were ups and downs about my experience here. The setting is simple but quite nice.
