The staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines can get a bit long, but that's common at any grocery store. The selection of products is fantastic, the produce is fresh, and the lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels much more comfortable than a typical grocery store. It's true that you can easily spend your entire paycheck here—after all, this is Chappaqua, where prices tend to be higher than average—but I still enjoy the atmosphere and variety they offer. I love their hot bar, even though it's been scaled back since the pandemic, as well as their pizza section and the burger bar, which caters to both vegan and non-vegetarian customers. This Whole Foods location is impressive. The store is spacious and impeccably clean. The staff members are very friendly, and there's a wonderful variety of new products and merchandise available each week. Additionally, there is an abundance of fresh food options to choose from. The only reason I'm giving this store 4 out of 5 stars is because of the pricing; it is comparable to California prices, which is quite steep. It's unreasonable to pay $10 to $15 for a loaf of bread. I hope they can address this issue. Overall Rating: 8/10.

The store is very clean and well-organized. Occasionally, the Amazon Prime shoppers can be a bit of an obstacle, but overall, it’s a pleasant place to shop. Sometimes, after I place my reusable bags on the conveyor belt, I end up having to bag my own items, even though I know it’s Whole Foods' policy for cashiers to bag customers’ purchases. Cashiers should definitely be trained to either ask customers if they want help with bagging or to handle it themselves.

Very nice, clean, and well organized store. They have water refill station with 3 kinds of water (including reverse osmosis), their own customized salad dressing mixer, pizza parlor, hot and cold buffet, coffee and juice bar besides the usual bulk items and bulk coffee.
