We were now the third time with the whole family (11 adults and 8 children) on the evening of the first Christmas day to eat buffet. The reception was very warm. The soup was served at the table in Terrinen. Our board was very long, so you used three terrins. The food was unfortunately only average, for people who were here for the third time, it was the third time behind itself the same food. And what has upset us most, most foods were lukewarm or cold. A beautiful hotel on the mountain overlooking the valley. The small room with a balcony was cozy. The stairs are a little problematic with suitcases. Breakfast was delicious as dinner. Rooms seem a little dated, but the decor works with that warm homey kind of feel. Shower is clean and the fridge is fully stocked, not much space for your own additions to the fridge. Bed is a low Rider and is about 1 foot off the floor.
Super service, very kulant. The staff is also very friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped and the breakfast was rich. We only missed air conditioning and unfortunately the spa was closed on Sunday.
