All plates were served with a hood, so the food was still warm at the table.We had the wine tasting to eat. Very good wines and the 0.1 l per vintage were not gifted with the measuring cylinder. As a highlight at the end the dessert with heavenly vanilla sauce and crispy apple strudel. The service is easy and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening to two.
The only reason I gave this restaurant five stars is that I couldn't give them six. Great food staff and desserts. They cannot remember his name, explained the wines in detail. A free appetizer and constant replenishment on water and bread without demand. The food was excellent and the whole staff was great with the children. The extra dish of the candy range that was a treat, please all of us. Six stars.
We decided to enjoy local specialties from the à la carte menu and with our own choice of food pair wines from the impressive and well-sorted wine list. The recommendations of the competent Sommelier, who had excellent knowledge of the wines of the local Swabian winemakers, were very helpful and the selected wines were perfect for the dishes.
Unfortunately disappointing. In the quiche was a bakery weight (like bakery from stone). It's good that nothing happened. Classic wines were not available. The main dishes were served incorrectly. Holy leaf, food. Was a 4-course menu, nothing imagination in itself, but the harmony of ingredients was amazing. The wine they paired with the lamb was simply stunning and I usually don't like wine. All in all, great service, amazing food with a price that suits it.
