Wild Bills - Reserva de mesa

Booked a table for today (Thursday 19th August) and had an email confirmation. When we turned up the place was closed due to short staffing. Appreciate this would be beyond their control but some kind of communication or contact would have been nice to tell us our booking was cancelled, which would have saved us the disappointment and wasted journey. Very poor indeed.

Booked a table online over a week ago, I turn up on the day to find them closed due to staff shortages. Its understandable to close but with out sending out an email to cancel the booking, then made us drive 30 minutes to find a sign on the door saying closed due to staff shortages. Ended up in the good old weatherspoons micromeal as everywhere else is booked up

booked 2 weeks in advance, drove 10 minutes just for there to be a sign on the door telling us the restaurant was closed. Just an email or anything to let me know the bar was closed but nothing, went to the Ship Inn for some lovely well needed food.

I've been there 10 minutes ago.. the restaurant was empty and i've been invited to find another place.. if You close at 9pm and at 730 you dont want to accept customers (you were empty), i give 0 stars for hospitality... Reserva una mesa ahora

My partner and I went to this restaurant tonight, and we were disappointed. The restaurant was too cold, and my southern fried chicken was overcooked. The steak was burnt on the outside. We won't be coming back.

If I could I would give it nothing. Was waiting for 2 hours for the food to come out cold. Not an enjoyable experience with twin toddlers, extremely friendly waiting staff but inadequate chef.

The customer service was absolutely brilliant and the food was expertly prepared, with generous portions. Kudos to the chef and staff - I will definitely be returning for another visit.
