"Pretty disappointing this was going to be our second purchase from the seafood market. We went there at 8:15 on a Sunday morning and two people were out there reading newspapers they were employees. She asked us what are you interested in before we even got to the door and I said fish; her response was well we’re not ready yet. It’ll be another hour and a half."

Lovely experience at Dons Dock last weekend. They helped me get my haul of fish sent back home. Despite their best efforts to save me money I had them ship it home at quite the premium but they did a great job and my fillets made it home and in the freezer before all my flights made it home.I also had a lovely conversation about how they will ship fresh fish to your doorstep throughout the year so I can enjoy fresh fish even when I’m not in Florida fishing. And bonus I got to have a lovely conversation with a woman about parenting, consistency, and expectation setting. I love connecting with real people like this who are good at what they do and genuinely care to help people. I’ll be a longti...

We have been going to Dons Dock for years. Just recently we learned that Hubbard's Marina bought Dons Dock so that they could park their fishing boats there, but they told me the last time I was in their that the fish market would stay the same just new people running it. I was very sad today when I went in there and there was only 1 $200 Fish on Ice and nothing in the coolers. 1 Fish Really? Such a shame since this was the go to fish market if you lived anywhere near Johns Pass. Mr. Hubbard if you are listening. Please manage what is happening to our local quality fish market.

Love this market! We've recommended this market to all our friends. This is a wonderful seafood market. Fresh fish, great variety and they clean the fish for us per our requirements. We drive over an hour to buy our fish from Don's dock. The freshness of the fish and the service provided by the staff here makes the drive worth it! We do call ahead to find out the catch of the day and they are always honest, pleasant and answer all questions with no rush.I love birds, Pelicans especially! So its a bonus to watch these birds interact with the staff while they clean the fish.

Very friendly staff but the stone crab were bad. Out of 10 purchased most were old and the meat was dark. I also purchased shrimp and they were old as well. I would’ve called and complained but they knew they sold me old claws. Before we left the store the salesman mentioned something about the gases they put off. I should’ve turned right around and gave them back. No fresh fish will ever have an ammonia smell to them. So disappointed!! Would not recommend.
