Wildfire Grill has been one of my family's favorite restaurants since it opened. It is one of the best Hudson Valley restaurants; the owners are lovely! I remember spending many special occasions at Wildfire from high school through my twenties and how it was always such a special treat to go there since the food was always exquisite! So, this place probably would have been better had I not just had a couple of days of fantastic food. Unfortunately, they came after some great plates. I ordered the short ribs, while my son ordered the burger. He rated the burger a five (on a long-standing scale from McDonald's to Becks Prime). The short ribs were tender but lacked flavor. The best thing on my plate was the green beans and carrots. They were amazing. They shouldn't outshine those short ribs though. The mashed potatoes also lack flavor. I was looking forward to them. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Wildfire. Our waitress was very attentive and was quick to help me find the gluten free items. We had short ribs and a seafood dish. Both were great flavor and cooked perfectly. It felt like the dining room was full of happy regulars which is always a good sign.

The absolute best in the Hudson Valley. Never disappoints with the service, food or atmosphere. My wife and I got married there. They took such great care in making our day perfect. Wildfire is amazing... Food, service, drinks... Owners are amazing. Very recommended. We had our wedding there, and every little detail was perfectly maintained. Couldn't have been more perfect!
