Had been to Wilkes previously for a sandwich that was stacked with meat and cheese. Decided to come back for wraps and was severely disappointed. Asked for Kathy’s chicken salad which is still on the menu in store and was told they don’t make that at all anymore. They are the skinniest wraps ever seen and barely filled at all. Won’t return again as they are not worth the money they charge for it. The customer service was less than friendly as well.
Best deli and the nicest people. Every time I order for delivery, it comes prepared so thoughtfully too. The online ordering system is easy to use. Order is always right and they wrap everything up nicely and always cut the sandwich down the middle. They will even wrap the coffee in Saran Wrap so it doesn’t spill and stays hot. Love em! :

We haven't found a Wilkes where the food wasn't very fresh and plentiful, but this location gets an A+for service as well. They were very patient with our 4 year old trying to figure out what she wanted to eat and even offered helpful suggestions from their own experience with young ones. Reserva una mesa ahora
Every other time I go there, my order is wrong. They either forget an item or give you the wrong thing all together. Also, I’ve spotted mold on baked items on more than one occasion. They don’t rotate stock properly and will sell baked goods stale. Very disappointing.
I tried the Joey sandwich and found it to be quite good and unique. I definitely plan to come back and try something else on the menu. The bread was wonderfully soft and fresh, and the order was prepared quickly.
We just had a delicious breakfast at this restaurant. Sara is friendly to her coworkers and customers. The food was hot and we will definitely be returning.
