met with eating the world (a culinary tour;) we were before a visit to the william. I reserved to 17 clocks (albeit opening the restaurant). we opened a friendly young lady, who took us after climbing the three (?) the garderobe. we entered the room with high ceilings. the tables were attractively covered and the seating furniture was very comfortable. was also well heated, which was very pleasant at -8 degrees outside temperature and operngarderobe. the atmosphere did not break down that we were alone in the restaurant – in the opposite, we had the feeling that restaurant has opened for us. after a Dresden stroll we have arrived in the evening in the william and have the evening is more pleasant memory. the theater visitors made for a coming and going, before and after the presentation and in the pause, but was by no means disturbing in the interesting ambiente - with a high ceiling.The selection of diners is manageable, but nevertheless appealing and the dishes are prepared with whipped. the wine card is balanced, also organic wine from Germany. service very friendly and nice, but not very attentive.The restaurant is located in the upper floor with connection to the theater which had a positive effect on us. locally suitable for the nice evening with friends where the variety...

somehow bean beluga came down to me, don't know where to go, but probably a gourmet fair. the william also belongs to it. you enter the stage from behind and no longer get out of the glotting.Evenly gelunge and contrasting ambiente with irrigated high ceilings, renaissance paintings and in the midst quite cozy lounge tables. the long bank however connects the seat neighbors when it is full that may be quite tight. the start and the appetizer were very aromatic combined, at the start it should probably be more of the motto "it must be something on the teller", I would like to try again.

cold atmosphere. incompetent operation. Price-performance ratio not acceptable. for 2 appetizers and one appetizer a 2-course menu was calculated. as if there had been a lead. the complaint was rejected by the service. it had been a Christmas menu. taste rather average. no taste experience. we couldn't find our hunting because they were hanged when arriving from the service and the service after paying had disappeared. as we wanted to go into the opera, we lacked the time for an extensive complaining and recalculation. in total a deception. A avaliação do TripAdvisor fazia prever algo de bom, mas não foi o que aconteceu. O local é histórico e bem localizado, fomos jantar, estava deserto, achei estranho, não é agradável esperar, mas um restaurante sem ninguém deixa- me sempre de pé atrás, decidimos ficar. A comida é de autor mas nada de entusiasmar, risotto e maishuhn com sabores diferentes mas sem aquele elan que se espera de um prato deste género e as quantidades enfim eram só para provar. Aproveitou-se a cerveja Hövels, fabulosa sem dúvida do melhor que já bebi.

as our favourite restaurant silvester was already booked out, we reserved in William.To our admiration, the restaurant was almost crowded. what was very pleased to us, because of theatrical visits we also knew that differently.It was very nice, a nice atmosphere. there was a 4-course menu, where there was nothing to put out. it tasted all good and fresh. I we had only a little bit bad and apparently had the only service that was very slow. it was not asked so much in between for drinks.We will certainly come back.

the restaurant has always visited at lunch, it was highly recommended. now we wanted to visit it in the evening. table was reserved for 19.30. surprise: the rest was empty all tables covered with dirty dishes. you ask for 10 minutes to watch. then the menu card: a printed a3 sheet on the table, as you know from some fast food restaraunts. there are exactly 1 single menu. we left the restaurant immediately. the new concept is only intended for the small happen of the

we have not eaten at any of our regular restaurants in dresden once in the william (see also previous, positive reviews) and had also reserved during the current stay for the 31.10.2016 in the evening.In earlier visits, the personal mostly cared about our traveling dog.Now the restaurant obviously has a new restaurant manager that has not allowed us to visit very much, however, decided to leave the restaurant because dogs in the restaurant. the william of friends was recommended as a dinner location before a visit to the nearby semperoper. Summary of our impressions: an excellent restaurant. we had the tartar, the saibling and the mischievous. all of very good quality, inspired and prepared at the point. the service was very friendly, knowledgeable and discreet. the ambiente speaks, rather more modern furniture in the jugendstilambiente of the room.

This restaurant is part of a theater building so it might be an excellent spot for pro theatre meal.The menu is simple, nothing special. Wine list is more interesting and extensive. Excellent service throughout the night.High ceilings with modern decorated seating area left mixed feelings on me. Elegance versus no coziness!Price wise, it is reasonable and affordable.
