Williams Fried Chicken

i originally gave it 5 stars, but I have to change it to 1 star. Too many times since my original review I 've gotten old, inedible chicken. With chicken, you actually WANT to be told to wait, so you 'll know your chicken will be fresh, but the $20 I spent for my food was so old, hard, and I got it immediately. Went there last night on 9-12-23, the girl at the both was rude..really rude. Didn 't even acknowledge me after I thanked her for the food, and had a bothered look on her face(there were only 2 other cars there at that). If you treat customers like that, you have no business dealing with people in the first place. I won 't be back, I 've spent way too much money to be treated like tha...

The food is good usually fresh but the service is TERRIBLE!!! They only have drive through! Usually there’s either a young girl with glasses at the window or a guy but the girl is rude ! I would suggest to ONLY USE CASH WITH THEM !! They charged my card for two separate transactions and when I asked for my money to be returned for what I didn’t receive they gave me a complete run around 3 different times! So wasted gas wasted time and charged my card for something I didn’t get ! Be careful and be aware! Don’t expect good customer service at this location BUT YOUR FOOD WILL BE HOT

The chicken Gizzards are delicious. Everything that is fried everything there lol is well seasoned. You can't eat inside, so you pretty much have to wait outside in car or outside if no car for your food. I don't care for the apple pies . The pie crust is flaky and has a nice crunch- it just taste weird to me. The crust doesn't have a good flavor the filling is okay , but just because thr filling is okay you can't forget the crust.
