I've always been a fan of Willys. Their food has traditionally been good, drinks are always good and reasonable, and the staff has been awesome. It's been a minute since getting out there again but went this morning to play some bingo and try getting out of house despite crumby weather. The menu has changed and my favorite items are no longer available. That and they changed the crust on their flat bread pizzas and I personally am just not a fan. I will continue to go to Willys for all the other reasons listed above but as far as the food goes, I just wasn't personally very impressed today.
Was great food and service but one of my pet peeve is when a restaurant ask if you want any ranch or blue cheese for your steak wrap without letting you know there is an upcharge. A guest will not have a slightest idea that a simple ranch will be charge as well especially when someone think that a wrap and ranch goes together. Is like the waiter ask, if you want napkins, then naturally you say yes then suddenly you get a charge for it as well. Either don't offer the guess ranch or blue cheese or offer them and make sure to let them know there is an upcharge for it.
It's a good balance between a fun bar and enjoyable restaurant. Well lit. Main eating area is large and far enough away from the bar that you can eat in peace. Bar is fun with good beer list. Pull tabs available. Tap list is frequently out of date, which can be a pain. I ordered 2 beers off of the tap list that were no longer actually on tap. Beers are two-for-ones, so be aware of that if you only like to order one beer. Food is excellent. Good selection of food that you wouldn't expect at a bar.
I have always order to go as I don't like the noises places. Customer service is slow specially you go there in busy hours. Once I called to place an order over the phone so someone answered and right away put me on hold. They left me waiting for more than 10 minutes so I hung up the phone. Better to go there and order the food face to face. Willies burgers are my favorite. I always order on Mondays to get the 1/2 off price.

We were served delicious and appetizing foods on a sibling outing. However, we had to ask for silverware and plates to further share the appetizers. Waitress didn't stop over too much until we received the bill.
The menu at this restaurant is extensive and offers something for everyone. I was traveling for work and decided to finish off my meal with a boho beer and duck dumplings.
Hamburger was way too salty. Sent back. Second burger much better. Mondays burgers are 1/2 price.....and good! Drinks are 2 for 1 during Happy Hour! Server was excellent!

Last night at Willy McCoy's, the waitress failed to check if my appetizer contained any ingredients I am allergic to before reassuring me that it did not.
Met a new friend and enjoyed the dumplings and firecracker shrimp. Was a great atmosphere and good food!
