Ridiculous that there?s no personal service anymore or options for those who don?t wish to open a door dash acct yet still wish to minimize wait. Forget this place!! When I arrived, the place was a lot going on, though, a quick service. The arrows on the ground show where you could order a little help again. It was a little confusing. Although, the bagels were great! The employee in the register was friendly. Very helpful to ensure that our order was correct as ordered. Thank you for being kind and patient. Perfect as always! came back here, but this time with friends. It was her first time at Willy's. I have a breakfast bagel sandwich and hot Jack-o-lantern mocha. Both were delicious. Fast service as usual. I actually came back in after we finished getting a smoothie for home. (It ended in a tiktok on accident lol.) Can't wait to come back
A BIG shout out Willy's for doing what they do best... going above and beyond expectations! We went there this morning for my daughter's birthday and they gave her a free donut and were so complimenting to her! You really made her day!! We you guys!!!

Well, I love Willie in downtown, but this is the second time that I have ordered accidentally here and they just can't do it right! Chintzy and only bad quality. I DONT GET IT.. $44 for 4 people I get cream cheese on 2 pages???
I love Willys! It's seriously the best place to go for bagels, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks. The employees and the owner are super awesome and really nice. I go there all the time and they remember their customers.
Willy's is the best bagel and coffee shop. The staff is always friendly, friendly and fast. Whenever my daughter and I are in town, we stop there for lunch. Keep it up and thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been going there since high school (graduated 2003) and to this day I absolutely love willy's!!
