After trying to get to this restaurant for months, I finally got to try it. Unfortunately breakfast isn't served all day and I missed it by 20 minutes. So instead of the sausage gravy biscuits and cream chip beef, I settled for a turkey BLT with corn fritters (fried balls). The BLT was on a rather stale multigrain bread and wasn't enjoyable. The fried corn balls were also subpar. The food was a 1.8 out of 5. Not sure I'll venture back for the other dishes. The best thing about this experience was the customer service which I'd rate a 4 out of 5. Overall it was a underwhelming experience.
Oh...my... freaking...goodness! The Maple gravy served with the Chicken and Waffles was OUTSTANDING!!! When the young lady told me about it I was thinking uhh...some kind of sweet monstrosity but I said...ok. I will try it. I am SO dang glad I did. It was rocking! I swear... You can dip a dirty boot in that gravy and eat it! The customer service is friendly and good also. Excellent local find! I am so glad I came to this U-Haul. Its right down the street from Willy's. I will come here again!
I am giving a 4 star because when we came in we were not greeted kindly. It was 12 mid day an apparently the shift was changing from breakfast to lunch it take about 15 mins for staff to do so. Well staff got to us at 12:36p.m. Moreover anything the food is good. Everything freshly made. Our bill was about 50.00 for two. The place is small this Make sense about how crowed it gets
Gem of a breakfast spot! Everything was fresh and delicious and the gluten free options are fantastic. I had a bacon and goat cheese omelette, grits and GF toast. My friend ordered the avocado toast and it was beautifully prepared. Don’t go on a Sunday if you’re in a rush, you’re going to need to be patient for a table.
