Took the scenic route home and I couldn't decide between the crown and hammer and Wilson's. Similar style pub food, I came here and ordered to go: 2x Baja chicken sandwiches (chicken breast w/ chipotle aoli, waffle fries, fixings) 2x chomper appetizers to go (breaded/deep fried ground beef with cheese and bacon in the middle) served with a cup of ketchup/mustard mixed together. I wish the chompers were battered instead of breaded because they destroyed the roof of my mouth when I ate them, not small enough to pop in your mouth with one bite. I would come here again to eat inside Because the sandwiches hit the spot, and I was greeted by pleasant wait staff, and adore the quaint, small, atmosphere. Simple, not fancy, and a place where you can shoot the breeze with family or a few bros ofer a few beers on tap.

This was our first time going here and it just happened to be St Patrick's Day. Our waitress was Jen she was good and the food was delish I had the salmon with asparagus and it came with awesome mashed potatoes. My husband had the best chicken sandwich he said he ever had . It was happy hour so the draft beers were only $3! They had nice Irish music playing with a band coming at 7 but we were long gone by then. The place is Tiny and quaint and the parking on the street is limited. Prices were reasonable for the beer and food and both quite good. Just as we were paying our bill our waitress Jen dropped off a T-shirt and some Irish beads sweet! We will be back!

First time here. Dear ole Bill Wilson would be rolling in his grave if he saw the fireplace now. They 've done a great job fixing the place up but have a way to go with teaching their staff about customer service. The bartender never acknowledged us was too busy doing shots with customers to wait on us. The other two waitresses never acknowledged us as we sat at the table . After waiting 15-20 minutes we were about to leave a guy waited on us. He was great. Our food was prompt , very good reasonably priced. If you expect prompt service this is not the place to go....but if you 're not in a schedule by all means try this place.

Let's start with the positives. The waitress was very nice. The BLT Bomber was very good. But... 1) The Chompers, which rated well with other yelpers, seemed little more than fried meatloaf to me. I couldn't find any bacon in them. 2) No IPA's on draft. 3) And the eggplant fries were bland, they could have been better if their was more parm, maybe. I also found the marinara for the fries kind of dry, although nice and chunky, more like salsa. I'm thinking they were out of IPA's since they had two great breweries on tap. I'll have to make another trip and will certainly adjust my review accordingly.
