I randomly stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised to find a traditional Wimpy restaurant. The overall atmosphere was beautiful and clean, with a nostalgic throwback feel. The pier building appeared a bit dated, but it seemed to be well-maintained except for some outdated bowling alleys. The service was incredibly fast, although it seemed like they only cooked to order, which I appreciated. I had the classic burger and was happy to have the chance to try it again, although I felt that there could be some improvements. It would be nice to have an indoor restroom that doesn't require payment, and the burger patties, while nicely presented, didn't have the same juicy flavor as bef...
A worker in the kitchen was seen digging into his nose without wearing gloves or washing his hands, even after being witnessed by a customer. When asked by the manager to wash his hands before handling food, the worker became aggressive and refused. Despite the manager's attempt to resolve the situation, the worker was not reprimanded and the customer was ultimately given a refund and asked to leave. As someone with experience in the culinary industry, the customer was shocked by the worker's unhygienic behavior and had never seen anything like it before. The lack of consequences for the worker's actions left the customer feeling disappointed and concerned about the standards of the restaura...
Worst work force I have ever witnessed. Rude, unclean watched all of be rude make customers time harder. Watched 2 people in front of me angry at there order being messed up, then they did even worse to my order. Even asked them if I would actually get what I was ordering as others had ordered then not got all their items were told they can’t arrange a refund there was no card machine they wasn’t going to give the missing food or there money back I watched 2 people leaving angry after paying for there meal not receiving actually recieveing it or recovering a refund.
Went to eat here today, food took nearly 20 mins despite being nearly empty, when food got there greasy and have just been sick full of grease, no peas with fish and chips my sister had to ask for her beans, coffee luke warm, no ice cream with kids meal and still changing same, never ever go again!

I paid £7.10 for what might be the worst chicken burger I've ever tasted, and had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be cooked. Furthermore, they also forgot items from other customers' orders when they picked them up. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
Yesterday, I had a meal at this restaurant with my friend. The food was delicious. However, after we returned home, both my friend and I experienced stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. We have decided never to eat at this restaurant again.
Waited 17 mins for a cappuccino and a hot chocolate. Kitchen in complete disarray with no one extraditing orders. To top it poor hygiene standards, staff were visibly unclean and not a single hairnet or hat insight. Disgusting
Worst burger I have ever tasted. The 7up tasted like carbonated water. And fries were done in old oil and unsalted. Lady was really friendly at least
