Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected a limited selection and a crowd of homeless individuals, but instead, I discovered a cozy atmosphere filled with a few locals enjoying their coffee and donuts, all surrounded by an impressive display of baked and fried goodies. A friendly young lady welcomed me with a smile and assisted me in placing my order for an apple fritter, which I appreciated came in both small and regular sizes—what a nice touch! My husband opted for a bear claw, while I was tempted to try a glazed pumpkin-flavored donut, which I'm beginning to enjoy more and more.
The shop was a bit warmer than I'd prefer; I wouldn't want to linger for too long, but luckily...
The customer service was disappointing. I waited in line for nearly five minutes, but two painters in white uniforms cut in front of me and received their donuts before I did. I was really dissatisfied with the service, so I decided to leave. It’s frustrating when people don’t understand the importance of following the line, especially when they get served before others. The owner should definitely make sure employees are trained on the first-come, first-served policy.
Made a stop for an early morning road trip- Service was outstanding and the food comes out hot and fresh. Treated myself to a buttermilk donut...it was fresh and delicious. Hubby and friend had a breakfast burrito and sandwich, both were great. The only reason 4 stars vs. 5...is the lack of condiments- salsa options or hot sauce would be a plus!
Haven't been to a Winchells in a minute but prices have definitely significantly increased throughout their menu options. And tbh I'd rather hit up my local hole in the wall donut shop for half their prices. Sorry...maybe not?

Was very disappointed. The see through poster on the window stated that they serve Tuna wraps. Entering I requested for a wrap, astonishingly the server behind the counter said this we dont sell CUNA wraps.
My ice coffee was made perfect and my mom food was awesome too even was overpriced $17.09 just for ice coffee and small coffee and two breakfast bagels? But was worth it I guess

I really love this place and make it a point to visit every day before work. I'm also eager to check out the smoke shop next door!

3am and it's closed not 24hrs change your hours made me drive for noting definitely lost a customer
Staff is nice, donuts are regular nothing fabulous for what they charge
