Don't come to this location! I love winchells, but I won't come to this one again. The employees are like chickens with their heads cut off, not knowing what to do when they get busy. They just take orders and no one makes the food until they are so backed up. Then people start complaining they are taking too long. At one point, they were just all standing in from the coffee machine talking about a customer, which I found so rude. Just because they speak in Spanish doesn't mean the customer doesn't understand because I did! Aside from the bad service, they took 1 HOUR to get to our food. This is a message to the owner of this establishment, everything here is good and delicious, the ladies that work here are very nice and polite the only bad thing is that they need another employee helping customers especially in the food prep section inthe early hours of the day, I'm talking before 5 am it's not fair having just one person doing all the work at one time, that'sis called labor exploitation.
I ordered a coffee cappuccino, and the female cashier gave me a milk chocolate instead. This isn't the first time this has happened to me; it's the second. If you don't have what the customer is asking for, it's better to be straightforward about it rather than trying to substitute it for something else just to make a sale. Please don't play games with your customers!
Not like the Winchell's of other times. This one is more like a small restaurant. The foxua has shifted from excelling in Donuts to adjusting to local needs. I understand yoi have to adjust, but the quality of the donuts has suffered. I purchased 2 dozenplus 2 donuts for almost $40. Too much for not enough quality. Family friendly, parking, easy access, no bathrooms.

Donuts! Mexican bread Pan Dulce!This is by far the best place around to get Donuts. They are fluffy and delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches and Tortas with avocado are my personal favorites. Don’t miss out on the Juice Bar, Green Detox, Carrot juice, Beet juice, and Orange juice are awesome! Parking: Plenty of Parking in the back for you big rig truck drivers.
I always make sure I visit a Winchell's or Yum yum when 8 visit California!!! The best donon7ts nationwide, hands down!!!
The begols they sell here are very delicious, the ranchero is the one I like the most and the service is good too.
The place was empty but had me waiting 10 minutes+ and all I wanted was coffee. It took so long I left.
