Me and the bro have been coming here for sometime. The food is absolutely amazing .. the staff are so attentive and friendly this includes front of house and a high five to the kitchen staff we never see. We were in the other night when the turn “Scott” was in. He I must admit was an absolute disgrace and very intimidating which resulted in us both leaving. However, this is not the fault at all of the premises. No one can anticipate a turn turning up intoxicated. I have since been advised that this person no longer will be performing for the Winchester. Well Done Winchester for terminating this individual.. I assure you all the time we have been coming this is a one off and has been dealt with swiftly and professional by management. We have been to the Winchester twice a day it is that good only just having the tremendous breakfast this morning and will be back tonight. . The staff like mentioned before are **** amazing and friendly and can’t do enough for their customers you are all superstars and keep up your magnificent work. Yea the other night with this turn was a disgrace but has been swiftly dealt with. I would give 10 Stars but I can’t so here is the five you “all” deserve. Please do not be put off at all by the actions of one individual do not let this ever be taken into consideration if deciding to visit this place. It has been dealt with .. end of story. Now come on continue to give this place and staff the custom they deserve .. Thanks Shawn and Paul.
