This has to be the most poorly ran restaurant in Michigan.ANY time I order delivery doesn't matter with what service they never EVER give me the drink.When I order through Grubhub it's not an issue to get a refund, just annoying. But when I order through their website it is a pain to get refunded. And you call the store and their mangers lie to you saying oh sure we'll refund you and they never do.If their wings weren't so good I would stop buying from here, I still might if this keeps up because they are robbing customers and they take absolutely ZERO responsibility for doing so, they blame it on the delivery driver 100% of the time.PATHETIC.
I typically place my order over the phone while I'm heading home from work, which is just seven minutes away, and it's always accurate and steaming hot when I arrive. I generally go for the 10-piece order with two flavors, plus a chili cheese fries to share with my boyfriend. I enjoy the awesome sauce, while he prefers the spicy chili. Each meal includes a drink, but you'll need to purchase ranch or blue cheese dressing separately, as those dips don't come with the combo. My favorite cashier/server is Star; she truly lives up to her name and is always so cheerful and friendly whenever I visit. Overall, I would give this place a 10 out of 10.
Please do not order from here. Ordered through Grub Hub and what I thought was 2 meals only came with the chicken. When I called, because they attached a flyer with their meal deals, and asked why I had paid more for just chicken when their flyer had the complete meals including fries and drink, I was told that because I ordered through the app I paid more for less. The food is good, but NOT that good, when I wait an hour for it and have to make my own side dishes! So much for
Excellent newer spot for Oak Park! All the food so far has been super-tasty, made to order, and a good value. Recommend the garlic parmesan fries with chili on the side. The crispy thigh leg (bone-in) takes a few minutes, but worth the wait. Staff are super sweet and friendly. Great cornbread and coleslaw. It's just a really nice vibe here and a great value. Second visit here was a hit with my friend and me. We will be back. Thanks!

I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for the sauce so I didn't order it with any. I wanted to see if the chicken would taste great without the sauce or does it needs the sauce and I would just have to pay extra. The chicken tastes great without any sauce at all. It's fried right and my meat is crispy. I most definitely will return. The pop was too expensive for me but I was able to get a cup of ice for free.
I got a 6 piece of the bone in mango habinaro wings for free the last even they did I was told it take 15 min for it to get ready I don't even live 10 min from this location so I called in the order drove up there figured I was gonna be early walked in they already had the order ready okay what ever drove home and went to take a piece out of the box and they felt like they just came out of the refrigerator cold
Customer service is not that great at all. The wings are amazing and they even have cauliflower. Cornbread use to come with the meals and not it comes separate, and cold, so that?s a bit disappointing. They have inside seating available. I would suggest ordering ahead because it takes awhile to get your order.
I called in for a pickup order. The service was prompt. The lady was very nice. Wish I got her name so she can get credit for great costumer service. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend the lemon pepper wings. It tasted so good, I forgot to take a picture of the 20 piece boneless box. Give them a try.

The lemon pepper wings nearly killed me ,It was to much lemon flavor and barely any pepper, Like they dipped it in just straight lemon juice!!!
