Their wings taste great. Their servers need to be trained desperately. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes when taking orders. They fail to follow up with customers, and are generally rude when dealing with dis satisfied customers. (Example shouldn't have to wait an hr on wings when there is only 4 tables in the entire restaurant, all while watching another table that came in later receive your order yes this happened*
Wings are good. Establishment seems relatively clean. Decor very outdated basic at best. The waitress that served us seemed incompetent, poorly trained and exhibited attitude when we expressed dis satisfaction about having to wait an hour for our Wings, that incidentally were given to another table. She wasn't doing her job correctly (ie checking on us) otherwise she'd have known.I'd recommend not going there.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!Ordered over the phone, was told it would be 20mins. Waited an extra 5 just to give them time. Was told it would be another 10mins on top of the 25. Came back in 10 mins, waited another 10 ?Finally got back to the house and they forgot my 4 year old daughter’s milk and they call 7 thin wings a pound ??Obviously will not be back. Feel cheated
We decided to go elsewhere for lunch. The restaurant was supposed to open at noon, but we saw the waitress sitting in a car next to us. She finally walked in through the back door at 12, and even ten minutes later, they still weren't open. We had two elderly people with us who needed to get out of the vehicle. Don't bother going to Kenmount Road for lunch. I went there around 12:00 and there was nobody in sight. After waiting for several minutes, I had to call out to get a waitress's attention. She came over, threw a couple of menus on the table, and then left again. We waited for 10 minutes before deciding to leave.
Wasn't busy at 8:30pm service took an hour to get food and when it came they had 3/4 of the order wrong. It also took the server 20 minutes to come back and ask if there was a problem.
The waitress attended to tables on both sides of us, who arrived at least 5 minutes after we did, but she never came to our table. We eventually had to get up and leave.
