Ordered wings several times all were very good especially for the price! I always make my orders a combo which is great for the price.... fries and drink for like a dollar something more than without the combo! I recommend Buffalo med or hot…Limon pepper is pretty good but the Garlic Parmesan is my absolute favorite!!!!! I ordered a grill chicken salad and it was the worst salad I've ever had. The salad had lots of water at the bottom of the container (I guess from rinsing the lettuce) the lettuce pieces were big enough to put on a burger and the chicken wasn't grilled, it looked more like leftover chicken and didn't taste as if it was supposed to go on a salad. That was my first and last time ever ordering a salad from there. I will stick to my usual, honey gold chicken combo.
First time ordering from this place, and I was impressed with the flavor of the catfish n shrimp considering it's not a seafood place. I originally went for wings and was surprised at the menu selections they offered. We also got an order of hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp. I didn't care for the vegetables mixed in with my meat selections because it limits the portion size. The reason for my 4 stars!! Taste was ok on the hibachi it was more a veggie/rice plate.
So, pretty sure there was mold in my food. They offered cheese fries on their website as an option for a side. However, they looked to have just tossed shredded cheese on top of the fries and there were lil chunks of what looked like mold that was probably in the bag. Needless to say this made me question the quality of the rest of the food. I won't be ordering here again. Waste of money.

I went to Wing Express about 8:00 PM Sunday July 25 to get some fresh traditional wings due to Firecrackers already closed. It was a waste of time and money. The wings was so dried that we had to throw them always. I took some pictures of the wings, but can't upload them here for some reason.
I have never had a bad wing from this place! Been going here since they opened and get great service. If your looking for wings in Hermitage I recommend trying Wing Express. 2022 — This has always been a wing place that just recently added Chinese food to their menu!
I've gotten lots of different menu items from here, and they're all very good. They're very good about getting your order right.
