A sleeper pick for chicken, it's a bit of an oddity that people don't regularly talk about how delectable and savory Wingstop's options are. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited an unusually long time for my food. I ordered wings, but they only had a minimal amount of sauce and were served cold. To make matters worse, they seemed either old or overcooked. Additionally, the noise level was excessive, and the Coca-Cola machine only had three soda options. I usually come here and have only minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable. Everything about my meal was disappointing.
I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT TODAY THIS STORE DONE GONE ME ALL THE WAY MESSED UP ! I spent $70 on wings for this girl to get me order wrong. I am so outraged. She made it seem like she done had everything correct, when they served me boneless instead of bone in. Like I know you know what it feels like when you expect some good wings and get boneless. But I guess that’s my bad for not checking the bag. I still give this store a 0 for this experience.

My order is frequently incorrect, and when it is right, it still ends up being disappointing. During my last visit to pick up an order, I was told it wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes, only for the same employee to ask for my name again and then show me that my order had been sitting there the entire time.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the wings are really disappointing. I tried three different flavors, and they hardly had any taste at all. You can barely detect any flavor in any of them! I recommend going to Wing Zone instead; they really know how to do wings right. This isn't my first experience at Wingstop, and I've found the wings and fries to be unsatisfactory here as well. Sorry, but that's just how it is!

Last time I went in to pick up my order they told me it wasn't ready and I ended up waiting 20 minutes until the same employee asked me what my name was again then showed me my order that was sitting there the whole time.
Karen is amazing! Any problem you could think of she will be there to solve it with pure class and expertise. Give this woman a raise! Things like this go under looked in the service industry sometimes. I truly appreciate the help. 5 stars is well deserved. Thanks for such an amazing experience. 10/10 will recommend and be back as a repeated customer!
The employees are friendly but however the wings are absolute garbage! 3 different flavors and barely any taste in them. Can barely taste any flavor in any of them! Stick to Wing Zone everybody!! They are the way to go. This isn’t the first Wingstop I’ve been to and the wings are garbage and the fries are garbage as well. Sorry but it’s true ??

Asked for well done wings and got cold and soggy : and fries were also cold and wet and tasted like there was sugar on them? You’d think a place called wing stop wouldn’t mess up wings. Also I didn’t get a straw for my drink or celery
Not sure how I feel about this location. Tried it a few times so far and I've come to these conclusions: 1- it's ridiculously slow 2- it's very pricey 3- the wings are decent. Not sure if it's worth the hassle in the end.
