This restaurant is terrible! The staff is incompetent and always mess up orders. They only offer store credit instead of reimbursement for mistakes on their end. I ordered over $80 worth of food for my family and it was missing 2 orders of wings for my son. After paying for delivery and tipping the driver $10, I was told I could only pick up a gift card as compensation. They wouldn't even refund the difference on the card, even though it was their mistake. They also refused to come back to fix the error. The manager I spoke with said I had to come pick up the gift card in person, they wouldn't provide store credit over the phone or via email. There is a sign in the store directing customers...

Tonight was chaos. I ordered at 8 and it took and hour to get my order BUT you know what.. I didn’t mind because 3-4 people working with SO MANY ORDERS. It was so busy and people just kept flooding in. All the punches thrown and y’all kept the ball rolling. The kid that was working the register, you’re killing it even while your (assuming). manager was not being very nice towards you. Keep up the good work. My food was probably the best that I’ve had tonight out of all the times I ordered there too. Keep up the good work. Also the kid that came in trying to start some drama, was that a BWW worker? That was odd lol

Kid at the register was terrible. I placed an order for pick up at 10 pm. Told me my order would be out in 10 mins when I got there and I waited until 10:45 for him to tell me they didn’t receive my online order. IT TAKES YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?! And you lied the whole time saying “your order will be out shortly”. Don’t come to this location, you will be waiting at least an hour minimum to get your food and the girl who was bagging up the food had a nasty attitude. Terrible location

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited a very long time to receive my food. Way longer than usual. I ordered wings and they only had a splash of sauce on them plus they were cold. On top of that it seemed like they were old or over-cooked. They had no ice and only 3 options of soda in the coca-cola machine. I always come here and sometimes I have a small problem. Preordered and paid for wings ahead of time for Super Bowl. After waiting over an hour in the middle of pure chaos had no choice but to leave without order. Place was packed with unhappy customers. Extremely unorganized. Customers were getting into physical fights they were so aggravated. Horrible organization. Place needs better management. Regret not ordering from somewhere else.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the wings are terrible! I tried three different flavors and there was hardly any taste in any of them. Stick to Wing Zone for better wings! This is not the first time I've been to a Wingstop and the wings, as well as the fries, are disappointing. I'm sorry, but it's the truth.

Great place to eat. Fast service and great wings. Jimmy was polite, courteous and food was served amazing. I got the sauces i asked for and my order was accurate. Customer service is a BIG WIN for me. Thank you Jimmy for great customer service we will Definitely patronize Wing Stop again because of employees like Jim.

Ordered online got there a little early and was pleasantly greeted by the wingstop staff. Order was done in about a minute later. Wings were delicious! Keep up the outstanding work. ..... I ordered for delivery on Super Bowl Sunday and a regular Monday. Despite living only 20 minutes away from the restaurant, delivery took over an hour both times. However, putting the delivery issue aside, the food at this restaurant is quite good.

First time there for a superbowl order. It was packed!! But it was made perfectly, tasty. I will definitely be returning again
