Fifteen minutes later, I approached the register and politely requested a refund. Although I was frustrated, I didn't think the cashier was at fault given their staffing situation. However, I noticed the cashier and manager nearby snickering to each other, which was quite off-putting. Eventually, the manager approached the register and asked if I was sure I couldn't wait a bit longer, as my orders were about to be prepared. I explained that I had run out of time and could not wait any longer. The manager then snapped at me, stating, "I keep telling people that this isn’t a fast food restaurant; it’s a wings restaurant."

Walked in, they looked understaffed. One of the workers, a heavy set woman walked up to the counter two to three times, said nothing to me or the people that walked in behind me. After about 5-10 minutes, a male worker comes up to counter, asks who is picking up an order, then says they are not taking anymore orders. Sorry, we 're busy and can 't take any more orders at the moment, would have been greatly appreciated 5-10 minutes ago or any of the other 3 times the fat lady came to the counter.
After waiting for an hour for my food, I got it and it was the wrong taste, my fries were cold and had no season. the type made business with customers since it was system “down” and he said people to give him $10 cash for their meal or to adjust the price they got and put it in his pocket. I was so upset when I got my food, I didn't even feel like I was going back in and dealing with it. Worst-flügel experience I ever wish I had just got my money back.
I'm really disappointed with the decline in service. I’ve been ordering from Wingstop for 20 years, and there was a time when the food was consistently good. Nowadays, my orders are often wrong, like today. It feels like the attention to detail has vanished, all while prices have gone up. If this continues, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

All of the chickenwas cold limp fries. The service was awful. There was orders that we witnessed ordered well after ours, they got food first. At a minimum 7 different guests. I recently posted about a bad experience at Wingstop. the food and service were still bad but I have chosen to revise my rating based on corporate customer service. I contacted them online. they refunded my entire order not just the missing items. it's nice to see a responsive compan.
It was a busy day but orders were taken with precision and politeness good was hot and tasty. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
If you order online, add on another 30-45 min to your pickup time. Try to keep giving it another chance but they are constantly behind. I understand high volume, but it's been like this for years.
