I had an unpleasant experience with a young woman working there. When I approached the soda machine, she suddenly stepped in front of me, which I found to be quite rude. I'm not someone who demands special treatment, but this behavior was uncalled for. To make matters worse, she was also training someone, which added to the issue. It’s important for staff to understand basic courtesy towards customers. Unfortunately, this experience felt very unprofessional.
This location is horrible. I walked in didn 't get a hello, nobody came to the register to even say give me one moment I 'll be right with you . All I got was stares from the ppl in the kitchen. A worker finally came to the register and still didn 't acknowledge me. Rude, disrespectful and damn right just nasty. I would NEVER go to that location agaim
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff, all young women of color, exhibited unprofessional attitudes, and I even witnessed them taking DoorDash orders intended for customers. It felt disorganized and disrespectful, and overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dining out.
Ordered delivery through Postmates last night. Everything was so good! Wings perfectly fried and crispy and they were heavyyy on the seasoning which is my preference! Super flavorful. Only 4 stars though because they forgot my veggie sticks. Reserva una mesa ahora
The fries are delicious. The wings are usually pretty good (we typically get the lemon pepper and honey bbq), but the mild wings were subpar. They didn't really have any flavor, but were still cooked well.
Cashier walked away to take a phone call after she took one persons order I stood there for a full 30 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone there were 4 people working I walked out empty handed
Chrome has the best customer service! I will definitely return because of my experience here. Please keep up the great work!
