I can understand that Superbowl Sunday is a very busy day for all food establishments. But management should be more than capable of making an executive decision to not take any more orders than what can be handled. I placed my order on 2/13/22 at 3:45PM, I went according to the count down on the app. I arrived at 5PM and encountered a mob of people who like me, placed their order hours, if not days ago to then be misled and disappointed. I waited in line in the harsh weather along with everyone else to hopefully hear my name being called out but to my surprise and disappointment, 5PM orders were still being processed. My friends and I ordered a large pack of chicken with four flavors: Atomic, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Garlic Parmesan. We enjoyed all of the flavors, although Cajun was not as good as the other three. I am not saying that Cajun is bad, but the GarlicParmesan was delicious and Atomic was actually hot. The Hickory Smoked BBQ was also very sweet too. The fries are also heavenly.You get addicted after one fry and you will continue on an endless eating frenzy. The services was also great. Not only were thefoods fresh and hot, but it arrived at a reasonable pace and time! Definitely reccomend and I plan on coming back to try theother flavors too.
If I could give a 0 rating, I would. We placed a large order that was delivered, but nothing was labeled, leaving us to guess who ordered what. To make matters worse, part of our order was missing. When we called to address the issue, we were met with a young employee who lacked basic customer service skills. She was incredibly rude, giggled inappropriately, refused to connect us with a manager, and then hung up on us—this happened twice! We ultimately had to contact the company to resolve the problem. It was a terrible experience, and we ended up having to eat at another restaurant. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this place.
Ignore all of the other reviews because they are ALL wrong, The place is semi-understaffed but they are doing the best they can, the only bad thing i can say about wing stop here is that they take a while for an order. I have gotten take out and deliveryand its amazing every time! I am not being paid or told to make a review like this in any way i just REALLY love wing stop lol

A disaster of an experience. They want u to use them for big events yet are completely I’ll equipped to do so. Staff was overwhelmed, incompetent and nasty. Nobody was helpful. People waited upwards of two hours past when their orders were due. Missed the entire first quarter of the game and walked out without my food because of their ineptitude
Best wings on Long Island. Flavors are awesome. Been placing online orders for months and never had an issue. To people complaining about them not answering the phone, well they do seem short staffed and if they aren't answering its probablybecause they have a customer in front of them. Place your orders online.
After not having wingstop in YEARRRRSSSS I came across this location on the hunt for food. I was not disappointed at all. The food was fresh, the customer service was great , it wasn't packed or busy which was surprising to me. If I'm ever in the areaagain, I def plan on visiting.
Food was good definitely overpriced whoever serverd us made us wait long to order she also gave Us an crazy attitude An got mad at us for sitting at a table while waiting for the food. She also complained Ab not being able to hear us while havingAirPods in. Makes sense

This was a large order of Boneless Thighs. Disappointing I got maybe 1/2 a chicken thigh worth of meat and the rest was fried fat and breading. The picture I took is all of the leftover breaded fat. I was really looking forward to it too :
Absurd! They never answer the phone. My family tried calling from three different phones simultaneously. A woman said to hold on for a second and then hung up on me. They definitely need new management or staff.
