The food was good; my kids and I had the chicken sandwiches with different sauces and an 8 piece wings. All of us enjoyed them, and the fries and the house-made ranch were really, really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The problem was that it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. The staff were apologetic, but I really don 't know why it took so long other than they seem to do a lot of call ahead and Doordash type orders (we were walk-ins so I think we got lost somewhere in the mix. Another weird thing was that there were no trashcans in the actual dining area. The staff told us just leave everything and they 'd clean it (which they did but it was weird for a fast foo...
The service sucks, the food sucks, the employees suck. A huge disappointment. The tables were so dirty that we couldn't even find a clean table to sit down. The attitude of the girl who received our order was so repulsive... when we entered, all the employees were sitting at the tables like customers, chatting, and they all had the phone in their hands. No one cared if we went in. They were looking disdainfully. It was as if a creature, not a customer, had come to the shop. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to prepare a meal. French fries were very salty. We had to throw it all away. It's a big mistake to come here because the prices are affordable. I will never come here again.
I placed an order for the Super Bowl, but they weren't able to fulfill it and ultimately canceled it. To make matters worse, Wingstop did not refund my charges. I feel sorry for this Levittown location, as they seem to be constantly overwhelmed and in crisis, with staff being thrown into difficult situations without proper support. However, the service is quite poor, and it's hard to believe that there isn't better quality control or training in place.
Worst customer service ever. If you're not waiting an hour for your pre ordered order you're going home with half of what you paid for. God forbid give you your money's worth of fries (cold). The last time I went there I ordered 3 orders of fries. Gothome and everyone of the fries were at the bottom of the bag. The people who work there are not the sharpest tools in the she.They're just tools rude, ignorant people.

Placed an order for 5:30 of SuperBowl Sunday on SATURDAY around noon. Still waiting for my order at 6:40 and missing the game. Have been standing in this disorganized mob of 40+ people for an hour and an a half. Staff are working their butts off but whoever decided to accept this many orders while only having 8 people to work is absolutely insane. Had never ordered from a Wingstop before and never will again
Some things you truly can?t make up.. I paid $35 for 2 meals, these were the fries cooked in old oil and burn.. the wings undercooked, went back the next day to get my order properly made. I paid online and went to pick up. My boyfriend ate his so Istill took a $14 loss.
The food was terrible! This is the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The fries were burnt, the ranch tasted like lemon, the wings were tiny, and the lemon pepper had no seasoning. The buffalo wings had no sauce at all. It was utterly disappointing!
Should have read the reviews before we ordered. We ordered for superbowl. The staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. We cancelled our order after waiting an hour and still not having an eta on our food.

My teenage son really enjoys this place, and I absolutely love their lemon pepper wings. However, the wings can be a bit hit or miss, as they are sometimes too dry.
This place needs a new management. No wonder they got too many bad reviews!
