I hate leaving bad reviews but this Wingstop deserves it. Whoever is the manager/GM should really look into operations and consider that their income is based on customer satisfaction and quality/taste of their food.I ordered lemon pepper wings and boneless hot wings with fries. Everything was cold. Certainly not hot, not even warm, cold. And, what wing spot charges for every ranch? I get the idea of paying for extra ranch, but buy two orders of wings and it doesn't come with even one ranch???? I get wings come from chickens, but we found 6 different wings with feathers still in the flats, and customer service when placing our order was horrible. It seemed they were upset I was ordering food...

2023Came back 5 years later because my daughter wanted to order. I did not order food, but my daughter ended up sending her wings back because they were too greasy.We were told we couldn 't get a refund because the owner had a family emergency, and to call Ray tomorrow.Also, all of the tables were dirty, and the floor looked as if it had not been swept all day. There was only us and one other person waiting on their order, so there was plenty of time to wipe things down.Once again...UGH2018DISAPPOINTING!!! The staff is very nice, but the wings are tough, tasteless and terrible, and the fries are like meh. DEFINITELY won 't be back under any circumstances.

I’m telling you half of these reviews have no idea what they are talking about. The atmosphere is great when you walk in, the wingstop employees are kind, and the food is amazing. Raymond was our host and was very helpful when it came to us deciding what to order. Got the mango habanero and the lemon pepper flats only and they were really good. The mango habanero wings are my favorite, a bit spicy after eating three but they were really good. Worse place ever. Every time I order it's wrong never fails. I called and complaint and they said bring it back and once we have it they will process the order again. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!

fast but bathroom floor is slippery sticky. these photos show how they need to check cleanliness. my question is, how clean they are when cooking the food then.
