I had a wonderful experience at Wingstop, largely thanks to my exceptional server, Jenny! She was very attentive and immediately recognized that it was my first time there. Jenny took the time to walk me through the menu, making sure I found something I would really enjoy. Her thorough understanding of the menu, combined with her kindness and respect, truly made me feel appreciated as a customer. The restaurant's cleanliness stood out as well, with tidy and well-kept tables. The rest of the staff were also very helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. I'm really impressed with both the service and the overall environment at this Wingstop, and I can't wait for my next visit!
The food was great! My son and I dined at this restaurant after church. The wings and fries were delicious and served hot, and the tables were clean. It was quite busy, but we had a great time watching the Bears game, even though they lost. I will definitely come back here again.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a small lot next to the Dollar Tree, so you might need to look on the side streets for parking. Fortunately, we were lucky to find a couple of available spots.
Every person that works the front desk is always very welcoming especially the lady that calls everyone honey and always has a smile on her face. The food also always tastes great and fresh. The place is sometimes crowded with loud teenagers but not the restaurants fault. Place is clean and well maintained.
The wings at Over Cook are fantastic, and the sauce is spot on. However, the service is terrible, particularly from the woman at the cash register. The staff at this location do not treat their customers with respect! This was at the Wolf Rd North location.
