We ordered wings from Wingstop for the first time, and I can confidently say I will never order from this place again. We placed our order through their app, which indicated it had been delivered, but we never received it. After calling DoorDash and then Wingstop, I learned that DoorDash couldn't refund my order. I reached out to Wingstop, but even the manager was unable or unwilling to assist my associate with her refund.
About 15 minutes later, while I was on the phone with my bank to dispute the charges, the delivery person finally arrived with our wings. He showed us the phone number he was trying to call, but it was a 228 area code instead of the correct 708, along with the wrong other...
Very disappointed at the place. I ordered out and had my nephew who accompanied me last night who is autistic and I kid you not he was being made fun of by the staff including the manager with the brown ponytail and fake lashes. They were all hiding in the kitchen laughing then peeking over looking at him and continued to laugh in the kitchen. All I know is one of them wad named Christine with the strong masculine jawline because they told her she should date him and she said ewww no. It's very unfortunate that places like this don't hire mature humans and instead hire immature ignorant individuals like these people. I will never return back and I hope this makes it to corporate.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. It took a long time for my order to be prepared, and even though I was the only person waiting, the staff member didn't address me directly. She only whispered my name, which I couldn't hear over the loud music. When I approached the counter to ask if my order was ready, she simply grabbed the package and tossed it onto the counter without a word. Last night's service was quite poor, and I left feeling unsatisfied. No courtesy or good service at all.
I Took my 5 year old daughter to get some wings only to get my order of wings UNCOOKED I just threw up from food poisoning please don’t take your family here to eat I thank god I ate the bad wing rather then my little girl smh worst experience my whole

The staff who worked on the afternoon of November 30 were outstanding. They were incredibly efficient, and my food arrived hot. The customer service from the cashier was exceptional! This was my best experience at this restaurant.
These are the best wings I've ever had! I've never encountered any issues; everything has been great. The food is delicious, and the staff is respectful. It's so nice to have a place like this close to home!
Loved because I had went to other one in hillside and they were out of French fries and they would not discount chicken so drove 4 miles to this one ?
My family and I were coming from somebody's birthday party. We were hungry and we stopped for some take-out. Everybody loves chicken. Good choice.

The chicken never has enough of the seasonings or sauces. I ordered 15 wings and couldn't detect which flavor I had.
Baby when I tell you they fried my chicken and fries SO PERFECT and I can't wait to go back...
