I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews mentioning an angry old lady, but she was actually very friendly to me. I ordered double wings and fries, and received a free six-piece boneless wings promotion while in the store. The wings I ordered were decent, but the fries had a slightly sweet taste that was a bit unusual. The six piece boneless wings I received were in a maple sriracha flavor, but they were too sweet for my liking, tasting like they were soaked in pancake syrup. Overall, I would consider giving this restaurant another try and I suggest being kind to the lady to receive the same treatment in return.
The manager at this location, an older lady is very poor at managing expectation and managing the food is good. The service from everybody else was great. Except for the manager. She is very poor communicating and doesn't seem to really understand. How to do things efficiently? But but all the other customers were very good. Especially the young lady at the front who was doing most of the work without the help of the manager who was just standing there in the kitchen.
The food at this restaurant is typically good, but this time the fries were cold and over-seasoned. The chicken was also undercooked, so I had to finish cooking it in my air fryer. I felt like I wasted $30 because I didn't feel like cooking, which is why we ordered takeout. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
