Wingstop - Reservar una mesa

I ordered online, waited about another 20 mins after i got to the restaurant, they seem like they have poor management because nobody had any clue what was happening. I feel bad for the staff because they seemed really frustrated with how the night was going as well. On top of this my lemon pepper wings (a dry seasoning) were dripping in grease and i got the grossest piece of chicken that made me stop eating my meal. I’m heavily disappointed and will not be back. I’ve never had an experience like this at wing stop. A waste of money.

I called to place a quick order for pick up I called at 11:25pm they close at 12midnight a women picked up said they are closed they take there last order at 11:30. Here’s my thing they close at 12 iv worked at restaurants as a person that worked in the food industry were not supposed to shut down till the time of closing which is midnight. This is not the first time they turned me away 30-40min before the actual lock up. There should be new management. If they don’t wanna stay till 12 then get a new job. Terrible service

Giving a 4 star because the food was nicely done, they made everything exactly how I asked and put all 3 of my ranches in my bag as well. Fresh and hot, definitely appreciate the “attention to detail” and instructions. Only thing was that one of the cooks stopped and talked on her phone and didn’t care that I saw her but she didn’t have gloves on while doin so and washed her hands, so I guess that didn’t bother me to much just be courteous about being seen on the phone by customers

The chicken from this Wing stop has aways been fresh and moist.. I have ordered from other wing stops that the chicken was dry and not tasty. I will order from this establishment again.

I will never come back here the manager was yelling a cussing the employees will never come back here they should fire him
