I totally understand super bowl being overwhelming for a wingstop... but it does not mean customer service and professionalism can't be kept. I had to return a few times to pick up wings I ordered with time and just kept being pushed back an hour. When I finally just stayed and said I'd wait I was spoken to with attitude as were other customers by what seemed to be a manager. Then I noticed that, had I waited on my first attempt I would have received my food earlier because the staff gave up on the orders that were placed ahead and serviced many that were simply there. Disappointing experience but will try again on a non super bowl night. Maybe they can plan better for the next one... take p...
This place is terrible. I have been there twice, and both times it took over 30 minutes to receive a small order of wings. The staff is incredibly rude and negligent, constantly on their phones or walking in and out of the kitchen. The soda machine was broken and they didn't even offer us water until we asked. The staff also complained openly in front of customers. The place is dirty, with trash overflowing and dirty tables. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
First time to order from Wing Stop. Was anxious to try the chicken thighs and the boneless thighs. Limited on the sauces since we don’t like hot and spicy but the Hawaiian was OK and I used my own baby rays at home. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Very little chicken in the boneless thighs, a lot of breading but very little chicken. The bone-in chicken thighs were very dry as were the classic wings. I don’t think we will be ordering again.
The chicken is really good. But those fries are hella Weak!!! No crunch to it at all..Almost taste like your biting into a peeled potato ? If you’re ordering off of Doordash don’t expect to get everything you asked for in your order either. First time I ordered my fries were missing, second time my drink was missing ?? But the chicken is good

The food at this restaurant was not only delicious but also served hot. The atmosphere was understated and the staff were professional and friendly. I hope they are able to hire more staff to quickly fulfill orders. The chef even apologized for the wait we experienced. The music was also great, making it a cool spot to dine in.
Food was tasty and hot. Understaffed though. Employees were professional and kind throughout. I hope they get the proper staffing they need to promptly fulfill their orders. The cook even hooked us up w/corn on behalf of us waiting longer than usual. Music was on point too, dope spot ??
the wings are good, but I stopped twice at this place. only order six wings, and veggies. but from any reason or another every time it takes almost 30 minutes to get my order. I don't think I'll order a lot?
Staff is quite rude, even for fast food. Restaurant smells awful and is in need of some serious cleaning. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

the boneless wings did not taste as if they were not completely cooked. they had much too much salt. will not come back.
The food was good, but the restaurant had an unpleasant smell. I ordered online for takeout.
