If I could rate it lower, I would. Every experience I?ve had at this location has been awful. Getting dry, burnt and rubbery food is a common occurrence, or, even when the food is okay, the service is absolutely awful. A lot of attitude just for walkingin the door. I?d like to say, I work in food service, I know how hard and demanding it is. It?s not easy, so I?m always extrakind to workers, because i feel their pain. I ordered online on the website, and it was delivered via DoorDash. I ordered at at 8:10 pm, and my order didn?t come until 9:41 pm. The driver delivered my order without a green sticker on the bag, no soda, and the food was cold. I called doordash becausethis was pure negligence. DoorDash directed me to the store because the store gave the driver the food in the manner Imentioned. I called the store, and they did nothing to remedy the situation. The guy at the front with glasses must be high or something. He took my order on the phone and didn't tell me that they are not accepting cash. I waited in the parking lot for almost a half-hour to be told that I can't pay for my food. so now $50 worth offood is going to go to waste due to the incompetence in this store. I called to order some chicken sandwiches and told thatthey were out so I ordered some wings and then I got here and they're selling people chicken sandwiches. Dude straight lied tome. Worst customer service! I will not be coming back to this location due to the lack of manners from workers and the manager is rude! She thinks he knows how to train her workers but they don?t even know how to pack an order correctly! They messed up myorder and I called the store nicely 10 min after I left the store and was told I can come back another day for the order but 2days after I came back and the manager was rude and she was super disrespectful it was disgusting to see a manager handle hercustomers this way! I wanted to update my previous review. Matt and the team behind the counter are exactly what this Wingstop needs. Their service is consistently great. I didn't catch all their names, but I was really impressed by how well these three young men run the business. They follow customer instructions to the letter, which is a big win for me. Keep up the good work!
Wingstop in Glendora never fails to impress! We can't seem to choose a favorite flavor—whether it's Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper, or Mild, they’re all fantastic. And you absolutely have to try their ranch—it’s a must! The customer service is excellent as well; the staff is always very friendly.
