I noticed that everyone else working at this location feel intimidated by him; they let him run the show that's how intimidate he is and looks like.He's the big tall guy. Today was the second time I had to deal with him. I gave him my name and he said, I don't have nothinghere with that name after checking the bags. I was like really? He didn't try at all to help me, so I stepped out side and afterchecking that I called the right location I when back. Just placed an order and only received half of it. Missing 25pcs of Garlic Parm wings and 12 rolls. No one answers the phone to help. Horrible service! Never again!! Completely unprofessional to ignore customers. Very disappointing and discouraged to evergo there again. Will highly recommend people to NOT visit this establishment!

Every time I visit, they consistently get my order wrong! Once I'm settled at home, I have to load my toddler back in the car and drive all the way back to get it corrected! It's unbelievable! I really dislike that this is the only location close to my house.
