This Wingstop location has really gone downhill. The service was terrible. I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone helped me, and I had to correct my order three times. Then they couldn’t even accept my $100 bill for a $50 order—unbelievable. It's no surprise the place was completely empty. I told them to wait while I grabbed my wallet from the car to pay by card, which took just about 10 seconds, but by the time I returned, they had canceled my order to help someone on the phone. Ridiculous. They need to get it together. I won’t be coming back!
I placed a phone order for my grandkids and went to pick it up. When I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong order. This experience was really frustrating. The manager should double-check orders before handing them over to customers. It’s such a waste of time to have to return to get the correct order. It took me two hours to finally get wings and fries, and I'm very upset about it.
At Wingstop, the quality of service seems to vary depending on the staff present. Today, the restaurant was quite dirty, so I ended up cleaning my own area. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing with cold fries and wings. The menu has good options, but the overall visit fell short this time.
This is the local Wingstop that my coworkers and I often visit. We typically order our wings online for pickup, and they reliably prepare our orders accurately and on time each time. We've never had any issues with the wings. The staff is always friendly and accommodating when we stop by.

We ordered takeout for dinner, but our lemon pepper and Hawaiian barbecue wings were burnt, yet they still served them. We considered going back, but we were too tired to make the trip. This Wingstop really dropped the ball. I posted a picture of the lemon pepper wings on 11/5/2022.
The food was excellent this evening. The wings were packed with flavor, and the fries were wonderfully crispy. If they could maintain that level of quality consistently, I would certainly return every week.
Order on the app and went to pickup when was ready. Drove all the way home just to see that they added a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning. Very disappointed.
