DO NOT EAT HERE. I got SICK! I've eaten at several wingstops many times and this location is the worst. Every time I've come here over the last year there's been an issue. Always get pools of grease in my wing container, and they only put seasoning on one side of my wings. One day an employee touched the trash can and went straight to mess with food. This spot is conveniently located and thats the only reason I keep giving chances. Never again. I ate here a few days ago and immediately had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting. I had not eaten anything else that day but a small bag of chips so I know it was the wings. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

The management here is quite perplexing. I ordered 20 wings, fries, and corn, but ended up receiving the wrong order. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager admitted to the mistake but refused to refund my money. Instead, she told me to keep the incorrect food and return it within a week. In the meantime, they are holding both my money and the food, and even after their error, they seem to be calling the shots on how to resolve the situation. It feels like the manager could benefit from some experience in a thrift store, considering their poor customer service skills.

I went out late at night to get some wings, but when I arrived, one of the staff members told me they weren't accepting any more customers, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until midnight. It was only 11:30 at the time, so I decided to place my order online instead. I noticed he had turned away at least three other people while I was there. A tip for anyone planning to visit: if the staff says they're no longer serving customers despite there still being half an hour until closing, it's a good idea to order online. Horrible customer service! I waited 35 minutes for my wings and they were in no hurry to get me my order! When I reminded them I?d been waiting for a while, all I got was attitude! Then when I got home, my dipping sauces were not with my order! I wish I could rate negative stars! Update: I did what any other concerned consumer would do, I contacted the corporate office! While my rating for this location remains the same, the way Wingstops corporate office handled my complaint was stellar! I give them ?????????? (five stars)!

I had a generally positive experience at the restaurant. The lobby was very clean, which created a good first impression. However, I did notice that the manager was on break while his staff used inappropriate language. It was troubling to see that he permitted this behavior. Management should address this issue, as a professional atmosphere is essential in a business, and foul language is not acceptable in public spaces.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a two-piece thigh with garlic parmesan, and let's just say it didn't meet my expectations. The pictures posted are exactly what I received, but instead of sauce on the thighs, it was just in the bag. I’m not sure what the rush was since I waited 30 minutes for my order. I won’t be coming back!

This restaurant is one of the best I've ever visited. It reminded me of why I used to love Wingstop so much. Everything was flawlessly executed, from the atmosphere and customer service to the food itself. I want to share my experience—I'm from Alabama and I lost my mom in 2018. The chef named Kunard did an amazing job with my wings; they tasted just like my mom's fried chicken! Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning!
