a large order for delivery. after an hour we call to check the order (as, where is it already. how long it takes to the microwave a few wings). This is probably the worst Wingstop franchise in the Chicagoland suburbs. The workers are rude, they are dirty and work without gloves, and they jabber on their cellphones and earpieces loudly while ignoring you at the counter. Places like this really make me wish Wingstop just had company owned restaurants. Placed an online order 20 minutes before I arrived, and they started it when I got their.... And the place was dead.And they are not properly wearing masks during a spike in the pandemic while making our food.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a less than luminous review. it is ordered several times, and they not only mix the sauces, but also accuracy of application and bad customer care when they treat the either wrong sauces and missing items and other instructions with original orders. I have tried to give this franchise achance due to the closeness, but I don't waste money especially if they don't appreciate the accuracy of ordering and minimal customer service.

terrible service. wrong things were delivered, and when we called, I spent 30 minutes on the phone when they tried to find my order. then told me that the innless wings were not wings, but spelling out at this place, but he can find the biggest pieces and send another order. I asked for a refund. never again.
