Winner House Chinese Food

I always thought this place only had the standard Canadian Chinese takeout, but I noticed that UberEats had the name listed as Winner House Thai Chinese Food . I was surprised, but not as surprised as I was seeing a BOGO sushi deal on the menu, and that they served it at 10pm, and on a weeknight.We got 2 crispy sushi rolls with spicy salmon (8 pieces per roll) and 2 special sushi rolls with spicy tuna (5 pieces per roll). Well, the surprises continued because the tempura flakes in it were actually crispy! The crispiest I 've ever had in takeout. Tasted like they were made fresh. I had fond memories of this place many years ago, it’s been around for at least 2-3 decades.I decided to try some egg rolls and Singapore noodles, 0/10 for both. Easily worst dishes for both I’ve had ever.Egg rolls were a pasty consistency, as if they were over frozen, dried out, too much starch or breading in the meat (is there meat? . Bewildering.Singapore noodles were extremely salty but somehow also bitter? Not a taste profile I’ve tasted anywhere else haha just strange.Will never order here again.

My food was disgusting. Beef was so hard to chew and was so bland. The egg roll felt like it was frozen and left out to dethaw for hours. It was disgusting. Chicken balls were very bland. The best part was the broccoli. That was the only thing I really ate.

Excellent food and generous portions! Picked up a couple of Pad Thai's and some apps. The pad Thai was excellent value, tasty and filling. Next time I'll get extra spicy. I got hot which was delicious but I'm excited to try their next level. Reserva una mesa ahora

It’s always risky to try a new Chinese food spot, but glad I did since Ruby Inn went down hill this is my new go to, large portions; all the food tastes fresh. 5 stars
