the local is very pretty. inside rustic. our room (the only overnight guest) was not ready for arrival at 15 o'clock. so we have made the waiting time pleasant with a beer. the bier was the only delicious in this house. my man was able to bring the case to the room just an hour later. he then said that I was supposed to set up a simple room....The dinner was a catastophe. it didn't taste anything. somehow everything after old and finished products.At the view of the room I was shocked.Very simple and it was very cold.The heating then the chefin was still running.Now we had the hope that the breakfast can tear out a bit.Leider was also not fulfilled.Coffe bad...Brötchen himself was baked....M...

we had our annual financial statements with 11 people with the brewery and a brewery tour. the guide was very detailed and we got everything explained in detail. At the time, we exchanged the goulasch for swansbäckle, which were excellent by the way. there were also nürnbergerle, fry and spareribs. knödel, sourkraut and kartoffel cubes. everything was very delicious and harmonious. There were also carrot salads (self-made and this one tastes), gurks, herbs and green salad, which one had to dress with a very spicy sauce. I have to confess honestly it was all great and I'm going to look over again more often.

the service was nice - when eating I am not sure whether ready products are used for the sauces. these were quite salty and tasted overwürzt. the menu was printed on simple white a4 paper and attached to a wooden board. a nicer paper and a color print (as seen in the internet) would make a nicer impression.we also have breakfast there and that was very disappointing. discounter products. expired musli bars, magwere selection - we have expected more. friendly, non-placed service. cozy and authentic beer garden with self-growed beer. prices are appropriate for quality and quantity. if it's a bit full, it can take a little while, but with such a great ambiente, I can get that hurt. always like to come here. also very good to reach with the bike of villingen.

we started our bike tour through the teasing at the Hader-Karle. unfortunately we only came about. 22.00 clock with the train, but the host kept his kitchen ready for us. that was a nice evening! many thanks to the innkeepers and junior chief.

The owners of this great restaurant hosted our group of 17 Americans and did so very well. The food was delicious and the beer was great. Service was very friendly. Such a nice place a little outside of the main city center.
