we were in the wolsel again. we do this one-two times a year because it really is something special. Here you get the best 6-course menu, cooked with absolute passion of the owner, wide and wide. the concept looks as follows: a six-course menu (you can choose between two main courses), aperitiw, corresponding weine, water, soft drinks, coffee, snug etc. eating alone is worth it. the incredible atmosphere. everything looks a little French and yet it is very cozy. the gas house is located just outside of st. martin in the Palatinate forest. in st. martin follow the signs because the navi swings; for gourmets it is worth everything. book a room with dinner and breakfast on Saturdays. the most beautiful accommodation is the colorful room that makes its name all honor. the evening menu is excellent and consists of 6 courses. they bring time, the success of eating has French character. the next morning the following Sunday breakfast begins at 9:29. they create a good basis for a moderately difficult forest hike to the nearby hambach castle.Everything in all a big lob to frau büttner and her team!We like to come back and bring friends.

It's a shame, but never again.
we were on a family trip with overnight there. know the wolsel for years and still love it. Even our kids with partners were thrilled what was made in the evening by frau büttner from the small kitchen on the table and next morning a super breakfast. and not to forget the patron herr labonté "on the front" - always a joy. the wolsel always likes.
