Catastrophic customer orientation. HAZ district Beileger is misleading! Better not order. In order to place an order for delivery on Saturday night, we were told that the delivery will be free up to 5 km and then will be charged 10 € beyond this distance per delivery. We then checked the distance over the route planner during the telephone call. The result: 5.3 km. For several requests and ask, you were not ready to offer the free delivery.
