We were very excited to try wiseguise pizzas out, and they deliver to Longford which was a huge plus. Ordered at 5:50pm over the phone, the girl didn't seem all that confident in taking down my address, phone number or order. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait for delivery, which we thought was fine considering. After a $71 phone payment worth of food, and a 1 hour 45 minute wait later, we get worried. So we call up to check what's going on. The girl didn't seem to know what to tell me, and in the end apologised and said the driver had car issues and will be there soon. 20 odd minutes later (8pm by this time) the driver pulls up to the wrong house, and said that she's had no issues...
In my 50 years of enjoying Capricossa pizzas, I've never encountered one without capsicum or mushrooms. This time, there were no shreds of ham—just a few flimsy slices that were so thin you’d need to be careful of the breeze. The cheese, which I presume was parmesan, was also extremely sparse. The only thing that was in abundance was the tomato sauce. Domino's has nothing to worry about. And all of this for $23 for pickup. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
I ordered delivery for around 850, and Prawan informed me that they stop delivering at 9 PM. I was a bit confused and tried to clarify, but she insisted, "Yes, it's ten minutes away, so we can't deliver." I checked the website, which states they serve until 9:30 PM. Anyway, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food, as I've enjoyed it many times before; it’s just a matter of timing that didn’t work out this time.
A great range of pizzas and with delivery to Hadspen. Friendly and helpful customer service too. Premium price but premium pizza choice. I love this place. I waited over 15 minutes to receive assistance, only to be repeatedly told by an automated system that I was first in line and should hold for the next available representative to take my order. Frustrated, I hung up and called Domino's instead. Don’t expect my return business.
