Wissota High Shores Supper Club

Celebrated 3 birthdays here Friday night. Fish was subpar for the price released. The waitress had a personality of a rock. I love fish, but don't understand how cod can taste this fish. The Clam Chowder soup was scratched and it was finally removed and replaced with a purity of roasted cauliflower and potatoes something. I mentioned this evening my brother in the law that we had a better meal in a bait shop near Miller Dam See. No options for burgers or chicken sandwiches, wraps or the like. I think Loopy should make pizza.

I'm so excited that High Shores is open again, but I don't think they were good last night. The staff is very friendly and personal service at bar and table was good. It was very busy what was nice to see. But we sat 20 minutes after our reservation. More than 1/4 of the salad bars were empty or almost empty. It took 40 minutes to get our food and overall was simply not as good as it should be for this price. I hope they're still working on the kink.

New ownership is doing a great job. Service was excellent. Fresh veggies in the salad bar! The soup that night was chicken and wild rice. Full disclosure after our meal I had a second bowl as dessert. My pork and dumplings, perfect, wife had a filet, my taste was very , very good. We have already planned our second visit. Prices were typical for a good Wisconsin Supper Club.

Nice to see Loopy and the new place. It's always a pleasure when Loopy stops saying hi. He takes a sincere interest in his patrons, and this alone is success! Thank you. The buffet service was excellent for another pleasant day. We're coming back!

Great salad bar which is only accessible on one side Thus taking about 20 minutes to walk through this line before we could place our food and drink or order. Best ever but too long to enjoy this salad bar!!
