bad salzdetfurth is known in the country because of its sole sources, the curpark and its grading plants. next to the sole bath is also the small restaurant witwe bolte. the map offers low-sächsische hausmannskost. Although the card is quite clear, everyone here actually comes at his expense.As a professing choice-frankfurter and fried lowersachse I always eat something that is no longer on the menu in the big German cities. these are made fresh here and taste accordingly good. the service is attentive and family.

Cold Friday night in Bad Salzdetfurth.. Took a walk thru' the park and behind the swimming pool found Witwe Bolte... WOW excellent! Friendly warm welcome! No reservation - No worries :-)Took a seat and the lady server 0 perfect English Explained all we needed to know! Highly recommend the Schnitzel - All Currywerst - Super!Service, atmosphere and staff - amazing!Highly recommend I will return :)
