We ordered from Wnb Factory primarily for the wings, and I’m disappointed to say that both the taste and smell were reminiscent of fish, which is baffling for two reasons: chicken is not fish, and I didn't request any fish. Aside from that odd flavor, the quality and preparation of the wings were lacking. While the skin was crispy, the chicken was quite dry and rubbery. We tried the wet ranch and dry rib Sriracha flavors, which might have been decent if not for the overpowering fishiness.

Do not order from this place. We caught on to their routine. Leftover food gets sent to DoorDash customers. The fries were clearly not fresh and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting overnight. Both of us ended up with serious stomach pain. When we called to address it the manager had the nerve to lie as if we do not know what day old food tastes like. This place is going downhill fast. We go here all the time! And the other day will be my last time going here!While ordering my fiancé asked for the sauce from his burger to be on the side and then no tomatoes and they put it on there anyways!I hate leaving bad reviews as I’m in the food industry as well! You have to make ends met with your customers that come in all the time!!Other then that the food would of been really good!!Fries was really cold!
They've discontinued the tots and now only offer undercooked fries. Which are served in the STEAMED TO HELL containers. What are y'all thinking? Do better.
Korean burger and the gold chicken sandwich were very good. As a recommendation, paint or put some posters on the wood door, it’ll look way better
