Wok 31 - Reservar una mesa

My wife and several of her friends visited Wok 31 one lunchtime to celebrate the birthday of one of her friends. They arrived between 2:00 and 2:15pm. The place aparently closes at 2:30 pm, but this is no excuse for the manager to aggresively and rudely get everyone out at 2:30. It is. Buffet and not fastfood. In addition my wife found a hair in her food. One of my wife's friends was in the same place some days earlier and a young 5 years old? girl was carrying a food tray and accidently dropped it. The poor girl was agressively berated by the same woman owner or manager . The girl's mother quite rightly grabbed the womans upper arm and said forcefully not to ever do that again. These two incidents clearly show that their treatment of customers is terrible

Everything about this place was mediocre. A dish or 2 were decent but.. if you’re looking for a great buffet, sushi.. I think there are better. On a positive note, kids were happy with the desserts.

Stay away. Incredibly Horrible service!! Noisy ambience. They love your credit but not the metier. Poor, poorer, Chinese junk food. Vive la France :

Such a shame they have added more on the menu but the quality has gone down and price has gone up. It felt as if we were eating left overs.

Service is horrible. They make u feel like a criminal. They don't cummunicate with each other. Food is worse than burger King food
