Wok - Reservar una mesa

I arrived Sunday for an early dinner, ordering a Thai Pasta bowl. It took minutes to arrive and when it was presented, it was lukewarm. I asked them for a fresh platter and the waitress simply microwaved the existing dish. It was delivered to...me with what was supposed to be a fresh lemon slice that had turned brown from the microwave. I told them again I wanted a fresh meal and they told me I had ordered the last one. No apology, no attempt to perform service recovery. I ordered another dish and by the time I was finally able to eat, I had been waiting for nearly hours. I asked for a small discount off the bill because of the inconvenience and the waitress literally laughed and walked away...

Necesitábamos un lugar para cenar un domingo por la noche donde no había muchos lugares abiertos. El personal de nuestro hotel recomendó probar este lugar ya que estaba abierto y estaba a pocos pasos de nuestro hotel. Pudimos sentarnos... rápidamente. El menú era bastante variado con múltiples especialidades asiáticas. Dos de nosotros pedimos un Pad Thai y otro pidió sopa de carne. La comida era deliciosa y a un precio razonable para los estándares americanos.

La comida era deliciosa pero el servicio era muy pobre. Las camareras no prestan atención a los clientes, los platos principales tardaron una eternidad en llegar. ¡PERO LA COMIDA ERA DELICIOSA! ¡El aperitivo de portobelo y los panecillos de Vietnam fueron simplemente perfectos!

Had to wait minutes to get a seat, but it was well worth the wait. We had the Spicy Phad Thai con Camarones and Mandarin Calamari. Service was great as was the food. Try to get a seat on the patio as it is...more private.

Great food! We have gone countless times and the one thing we have noticed is that the service has consistently diminished from our first times of going. Why no location in Cartagena????
